2025 Brandt Summit

Brandt’s Summit is going to West Virginia!

Brandt invites its agency partners to attend the fifth annual summit to share lessons learned between agencies leveraging the same technology platforms. This in-person event is a fantastic opportunity to engage in presentations, workshops, and networking sessions.

It is a celebration of your achievements and a source of inspiration for continuing to transform the outdoor experience with streamlined operational processes, refined public user experience, and adapting to evolving technology standards.

Registration

Conference registration for this year is set at $350 and attendees will be booking their own hotel reservations to allow for travel flexibility and simplified travel reporting.

Each agency typically sends one to three team members across licensing, parks reservations, vessel management, and R3 marketing communications.

Registration closes July 31, 2025.

Bringing a guest? There will be a guest registration fee of $100. This guest registration applies to the reception on Tuesday evening and offsite dinner on Wednesday evening – includes dinner, drinks, and offsite dinner transportation for these events.

Cancellation requests received by August 3, 2025 will be refundable less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received after August 3 will not be refunded but substitutions will be allowed. To request a refund, call 802-865-5202 or email info@delaneymeetingevent.com.

Lodging

The 2025 Brandt Summit will be held at the:

Overnight accommodations are available for a per diem rate of $169/night plus 14% tax. Reservations at that rate will be available until August 3, 2025.

Travel

Attendees will be responsible for booking their own travel. This includes airfare and transportation to/from the airport.

We suggest arriving on Tuesday August 26, 2025 by 4:00pm EST, and departing Thursday August 28, 2025 after 5:00pm EST. Stay tuned for optional excursions before or after the Brandt Summit.

West Virginia International Yeager Airport (CRW) is located about 15 minutes from the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston. Ride share services are readily available in the area – an Uber one-way trip is approximately $35.

  • March 14, 2025: Submission Form Opens
  • May 2, 2025: Submission Form Closes
  • May 16, 2025: Topics Selected and Presenters Notified
  • June 13, 2025: Rough Short Outline Due
  • August 6, 2025: Presentations Due
  • August 28, 2025: Presentations at Summit

Join us at the Brandt Summit as a presenter.

In addition to established user breakout groups where you will have an opportunity to discuss group topics amongst your peers across the country, we would like to hear from you!

Share your expertise in vessels, reservations, hunting, fishing, marketing, merchandise, or any topic related to your technology platform.

Presentations will be 30 minutes plus 15 minutes for Q&A.

Presentation formats may be a verbal presentation, slides, demonstration, video, panel of speakers, or a combination thereof.

Topic examples include: a great accomplishment from the last year, a new concept you want feedback on, or a recent successful campaign.
