Atlanta, GA – The City of Dunwoody’s Mayor Mike Davis and Business Retention Manager Dan Farrar visited Brandt’s newest Atlanta office to welcome its staff, discuss community affairs, and learn more about Brandt’s achievements and contribution to the Dunwoody-Atlanta community.
“We are pleased to welcome Brandt Information Services to Dunwoody,” said Mr. Davis. “Technology service firms like Brandt recognize the many attributes of Dunwoody as a central office location, and we are delighted they chose our city as an additional location for their business.”
Brandt opened its second office in the Atlanta area in March 2014 to offer customers a national reach and support the Georgia Wildlife Resource Division’s new Go Outdoors Georgia recreational licensing and vessel registration system designed and maintained by Brandt. The new office brought over 30 new jobs in management, technology and customer service into the City of Dunwoody. The new office provides higher levels of customer service and project quality as Brandt continues to acquire new business opportunities throughout the country.
Dunwoody is a city within the larger metropolis of Atlanta and is undergoing an exciting transformation as more and more companies are relocating to the region’s new economic hub. Many new mixed-use developments are being built, featuring new office spaces, residential homes, shopping, and dining options that are pedestrian-friendly and served by mass transit. In addition to Brandt, many other prestigious and successful companies are relocating or opening new offices in Dunwoody, making it an attractive place to live, work and play.
During their visit, the Mayor and Business Retention Manager discussed Brandt’s exciting company growth, local improvements and development projects, and Brandt’s new neighbor, Mercedes Benz, which will be relocating their corporate headquarters to the Dunwoody area.
Their visit was a great honor for the employees of Brandt and an exciting opportunity to learn more about the city and how they can get involved and become part of the local community.
